Main research area in the last 5 years.
I am a microbiologist and special to study foodborne pathogenic bacteria causing gastrointestinal diseases. My recent research topics are including:
1) Characterization and evolution of diarrheagenic Escherichia species.
2) Virulence of pathogenic E. coli isolated from game meat animals.
3) Distribution of E. coli clones in cattle gastrointestinal tract.
4) Genomic epidemiology from next generation sequencing and analysis.
5) Diversity of genetic markers for classification and isolation E. coli.
6) Antimicrobial resistant encoding genes in E. coli.
