1. General introduction
Do Xuan Luan graduated from the Ha Noi National Economic University (NEU) in 2005 with a Bachelor's degree in agricultural economics and rural development. In 2007, he studied at the Thai Nguyen University of Economics and Business Administration (TUEBA), where he graduated with a Master's degree in agricultural economics in 2009. From 2007 to 2011, he worked as a lecturer with the faculty of economics and rural development at Thai Nguyen University of Agriculture and Forestry (TUAF). In 2011, he was awarded a Vietnamese govermental scholarship to pursue his Ph.D in "Agricultural economics and Related Sciences" in the institute of Project and Regional Planning of Justus Liebig University of Giessen, Germany. He completed his Ph.D in 2015 and is currently working at the faculty of agricultural economics and rural development (FERD).
